V reg 22/18 3b 7,8%, WWSF 48. Don't have many hands on flop cbets in 3bp.
I think, turn is usually a fold here. Given the positions his 3betting range is pretty strong. Also 4s OTT is not a great card, it dicards me two pair outs in case, he has an overpair or I could be drawing dead. I do also think, he doesn't continue bluffing on this card a lot, unless he has As, or maybe Ks. And player with WWSF 48 is definitely capable of bluffing 3 streets w As - blocking nut flush.
