Don't have many stats on villain, but he seems to be weak recreational player.
OTF - dry board, so betting pretty wide range here, which also reflects sizing which i used.
OTT - happy to call again
OTR - not quite sure about the river play. My sizing OTF could induce villain, but people usually bluff only on the flop or maybe try it OTT, but they do not go for 3 streets in this spot. Also his sizings seems to me like he wants to gain some value with his better queens or maybe even overpairs. Anyway, hard to fold getting such a good odds.
