He's one of the better regs, 14/11 ( I know, tight), but we have some history. He likes to bully me out of pots, I rarely see showdown against him. He sees me as a looser reg.
His button 3bet% is 7%.
Once I call turn, do I have to call river? I feel like my 99 is pretty much the same thing as QQ. But I don't know if he has low suited connectors in his range, and I don't know if he does this with KQ, AK, AQ .. or even a low suited ace.
He's always cbetting this flop.

He's repping so thin... A 14/11/7 should have like no sevens at all here. At higher stakes I think 99 is def a much better bluffcatcher since you block 97 and don't block QJ. I think I would call since he isn't repping much and It seems way too optimistic for him to play an overpair this way.
But obv you don't have to call since you probably will have a bunch of better hands, I don't simply buy his story so I think he's overbluffing.
I'm very curious of the result btw, so please post it in a couple of days when you got some good input from other guys! :D
Completley agree with this and I would snap him off (but I am a station)
Well, results don't matter because I didn't call. I really regret not calling, because once I call turn, it makes little sense not to call river vs a reg who barrels alot.
I actually think he barrels all of his hands here. The guy likes to use his nitty image to his advantage.
Thanks for the input :)
Over how many hands are your samples? Do you have stats on cbet turn and cbet river?
about 2k hands. I don't remember looking at turn/rivr cbet, so I'd rather not give you information I didn't have at the time.
Nits like that are really concerned about their image? 7% bet from Bu is low... and he is 3b you from CO in this hand... so his CO 3b % probably is even lower.
We can call the 3b to set mine and just because his range is so face-up but other than that I don't think there is much else to say about this hand.
Unless he is deliberately 3betting much more against you than in general and you have the read that he is 3barrel happy in 3b pots with big broadways... or you have a leak (and he knows) that you are calling a lot F+T and folding the river, calling is out of question or you are just trowing money away IMO. Based on the stats you gave us he can easily have TT+ and play it this way.
