NL100. 3B pott v reg. Turn decision and which size?

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (6 Players) UTG: $104.34 (Hero)
MP: $100.00
CO: $222.53
BN: $142.60
SB: $140.06
BB: $80.33
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is UTG with K Q
Hero raises to $2.50, 3 folds, SB raises to $9.50, BB folds, Hero calls $7.00
Flop ($20.00) 3 A J
SB bets $6.27, Hero calls $6.27
Turn ($32.54) 3 A J 8
SB checks, Hero bets $15.00

What to we think about my size on the turn? Is it better to go 1/3 with our specific hand?
We can rep AK,AQ,AJ,JJ, and and therefore we want to to bigger. We block some of his best toppairs.
But do we have the same foldeq w 1/3 bet?
