NL100 3 Bet pot 2 overs vs Raise ip

BB: $110.45
UTG: $83.81
HJ: $103
CO: $76
BN: $100
SB: $93.05 (Hero)
CO 28/17 36 hands
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q A
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO raises to $3, BN folds, Hero raises to $9.50, BB folds, CO calls $7
i find that AQo play better with 3bet than flat in SB even if BB doestn squeez a lot (4%)
CO does not seem a reg given his stakc so i expect him to call with dominated hands
Flop ($21.00) T 9 7 (2 Players)
Hero bets $9, CO raises to $48
not a very good hand for my range but i have 6 clean outs + barrelign cards K J
i dont expect to be raised ip but he does...he represents 77 99 TT JJ QQ and some AA KK -(i put only one combo of each) as a value range
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 12.196% 11.52% 00.68% 2166 128.00 { AdQh }
Hand 1: 87.804% 87.12% 00.68% 16388 128.00 { AcAd, KcKd, QQ-99, 77 }

im far behind so it seem a fold bu why would he plays this range ip like that with such a big raise

and if he bluffs what can i do, shove?

i not good in 3bet pot vs agression flop with 2 overs, do ou have a plan

thanks have a nice day

This is just an eazy peazy flop check/fold imo. The flop smacks his raise/call range from CO, you have no clean outs actually. Your lose vs QT, KJ, J8, AT, A9 when you hit your over and that's just to name a few.

i thought i have the 30% fold equity needed to make the CB Ev+, + my outs turn when he calls
i find that its not great to X/F with 2 overs on 3bet pot when i m the open raiser
What do you CB if you check fold here?

you're cbetting this board too wide if you're doing it with AQo imo. If villain knows you're cbetting these kinda boards super light/no equity, he can float you way more than 70% imo and make your life hell on the turn if he didn't already raise the flop in position. I would be cautious when cbetting boards such as these oop
