Nl100 152bb deep AJo tought 3bet spot

BN: $253.47
SB: $152.16
BB: $100.13
HJ: $63.87
CO: $341.50
Guy is good reg 23/19 who doesnt like to fold to 3 bets and doesnt like to fold postflop (folds IP%29 19 57) The only flops he folds is A-hi flops and when he calls he easily foldt to 2barell
His bet vs missed cbets are 54(70)% 67(49)% 0%(6samples)
Preflop ($1.50) (5 Players)
HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $3, SB raises to $12, BB folds, BN calls $9
He rarely 4bets and defends with dominated aces so i ve decided to 3bet for value vs his range which looks like pairs 22-QQ(can be cauze we are deep) suited aces A2s-AQs ,suited connectors 45s-, gappers 57s ,all broadway about 32% you know
Flop ($25.50) 3 A Q (2 Players)
SB checks, BN bets $12.50, SB calls $12.50
I ve wanted to be a smart guy and when played not even think about bet for value vs lower Ace , Qx and Gutshot and FD
I ve only think about that i ahvent got 3 streets vs him and can check-call at least twice .As i mentioned He has big bets vs missed cbet so ive decided to bluffcatch .
Turn ($50.50) J (2 Players)
SB checks, BN bets $25, SB calls $25
River ($100.50) 7 (2 Players)
SB checks, BN bets $203.97, SB calls $102.66
.Pitty that i cant find fold by the river during the session because flop flush draw missed and i And again my hand is lools like it is i guess my line should be bet flop 16 , turn 32 to 57 pot and river bet-fold should be smth like 45$ to 121 and we can be sure that if he raises river he wont bluff vs our strong percieved range .Do u agree?
Final Pot
BN wins $302.32

Flop: I think you have to bet flop, since it basically hits your perceived 3-betting range, and for balancing purposes. By Checking flop, your basically weakening your overall c-betting range in 3-bet pots, which makes u highly unbalanced in 3-bet pots.

Furthermore, I think you need to bet and charge value VS hands like TK,TJ, weaker AX,QX,FD which still has decent equity VS your AJ hand range

Turn: If i was checking on turn, it's to C/R and set up stacks for river Jam. You basically have the Top of your range on turn, and the board texture is really Wet.

If Villain had QQ+, i would assume he's 4-betting preflop for value, thus further cutting from Value ranges thats beating you on turn.

River: Based on how you played the earlier streets. It has to be a call, given you only have to be correct 33% times, and Villain could be value betting with worse, A3,AT,JQ,A7,Q(c)K(c)
