Nl10 Zoom, How to value this river ?

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $10.00
SB: $23.05
BB: $23.97 (Hero)
UTG: $39.73
MP: $19.81
CO: $39.46
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with 6 3
UTG raises to $0.25, 4 folds, Hero calls $0.15
Flop ($0.55) 6 4 5
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.35, Hero raises to $1.31, UTG calls $0.96
I think X/C was better here but X/r is not that bad imo.
Turn ($3.17) 6 4 5 4
Hero checks, UTG bets $2.02, Hero calls $2.02
X/C because the 4 reduce my numbers of set and decrease the value of my draw. i could have bet to make him folf all of his draw ?
River ($7.21) 6 4 5 4 6
Hero bets $3.58, UTG folds
I expect him to check if i check and fold if i bet so how to make value on this river ? sizing ?
Final Pot BB wins $6.89
Rake is $0.32

As already said preflop is rather wide given the rake.
Flop is a bit weird now. Lower boards like this favour the BB when it's against a later position open. But against an earlier position open that advantage dissapears because the lower hands tend to be folded out preflop. Can still have a check/raise range as villain also misses very often.

Turn is whatever.

River has to be a bet, too many check backs. The question then remains how to size it. I would estimate villain shows up with overpairs here most of the time when we get called. So we would want to maximize profit from those hands when they call, which would mean a big sizing. We also have very little value hands on this runout compared to possible bluffs, A7, A3, and hearts all missed. So plenty of bluffs would mean we would also like to size up.

Doubt it's overbet here. Villains range shouldn't be capped as it's uncommon to have a 3-bet range on the flop in this spot. So I would go for 5.5 to potsize.

I think it depends on villain type. If he's a reg I don't want to play OOP vs a strong range with a weak one, so I fold a lot of hands.

If you think you have a considerable skill advantage against him or that his range is very loose for UTG, then more calls should be profitable.
