I believe he stars c-bet all over pairs in this Flop, so when he ck´s e star bet 50% with backdoors or and 2 overs

Turn is a blank, so i decide bet again because he have very overs and some medium hands and he folds vs 2 barrel
The River is a 5diamons, another blank, so my question is, we go or no for 3 barrel?
The board fails all draws (except 67s) we block some FD when we have a Qspades and i believe when the villain call the Turn he gonna call another meddium hand on the River, so i prefer the ck.
If i don´t block any FD or combo draw like QJs i definitively prefer go to 3 barrel and go tho shove River

Problem with this line, that we can have too many hands to barrel (well depending how wide we defend vs 3b), so flop seems alright. Turn is more tricky, hand isn't performing awesome as a turn barrel and we start to represent quite tight range (after flop 1/2) probably K9s+++.
That being said without PIO it is hard to tell how good turn/flop bet ( I imagine it mix freq), and on the river we block KK which is good, however I expect to see call too frequently as played so likely we need to bluff carefully.
Turn is blank and I think without any equity boost I prefer to check KQ, maybe barelling sometimes with blocker to fd with intention to bluff on flush rivers. Reason is that you should already have many better hands to bluffs with - QJ/JT/KJ, maybe some Axs as its more important blocker than K. On river its same story - you have better hands to bluff with - Q high, J high and also Axs on that runout plays decently as bluff as its blocking AA and A4s
Against this type of player I might 4 bet and call with KQo some percentage of the time against a 10% average 3 better. His stats are good TAG stats btw so he prob is a reasonable capable player.
Flop -
Villain decides to check-call although he has a range advantage with overpairs but flop can also hit your mid pairs that are calling.
Turn -
Don't think barreling again is good here you block FD and you have two overcards that can hit the river. I would check back here and barrel on any spades if villain checks and just check back if a K or hits.
villain again check-calls
What was your plan on the river when you barrel the turn?
River -
Now it is time to execute your plan but as you block the FD I don't think this is a good hand to tipple barrel with.
It is also less likely that villain has a spade so he might elect to call wider as you could have a missed flush draw!
Bet smaller on flop your range is merged. I would x KQ without spade, bet with spade.
Turn changes nothing and we're not struggling to find bluffs here so I would check.
