Kinda lost here but I feel this is a fold. How would you have played it if he betted small?

Against a player who I suspect is a fun player at these stakes I would just shove river to get value from Jx. As played I think we can fold river.
Isn't that to fancy to gamble a stack on a TP?
Not if you think your opponent calls with enough weaker hands :)
look at his aggression and at his "bet vs missed cb" stat. does he do this a lot? call! is he passive? fold! most players are passive at the micros so generally i give a lot of credit to plays like this. i think he wouldn't do this with like A high, so either his straight busted, or he has an eight or he has QT. remember that most players at 10nl and similar like to go to showdown as cheaply as possible with their value hands (like let's say TT, QJ and so on)
I only had 10 hands on him so these stats are meaningless, but I agree with you here "remember that most players at 10nl and similar like to go to showdown as cheaply as possible with there value hands".
Check/fold > Shove > Check/call in my opinion. We're 4 way, so shoving would be pretty thin, since he can have 8x/99 and some overpairs. We look very strong when we shove the river, it's not an automatic call with any Jx for villain. Check/call would be awful since villain has no hands to bluff with. Tell me one hand that villain can bluff with. And shoving worse valuehands would be awful by him.
Well, wether you can go for value OTR depends if he still calls with hands like 97, 9Q,9T, TT but its certainly close. 9 turn improves his range a little bit so usually I think checking turn is not bad given that there are now quite a bit of hands that beat you it depends also how bad he actually play, but against decent player checking turn is the best option given that you wont have many bluffs here and most people will not call down with worse in these situations(plus you strenghten your checking turn range which mostly gonna be give ups so its great spot to check with hand like this). When it goes ch/ch - great! you will always have the best hand here and you can even bet huge OTR and get hero called by 9x or worse J quitte often(against this guy I would even consider just jamming river when it goes ch/ch because he will never fold J anyways), when you check and he bets big id probably just fold right away not expecting him to bet big with QJ,KJ and etc so mostly it will be 8x and QT. If he bets normal size you can call turn and confidently ch/fold river. As played its a very easy fold on the river, he will not value bet here QJ or KJ, he will always check it, especially fish that value bets only nuts or hands close to the nuts and he obsulutely cant get to this point with a bluff that he would consider betting. Worst he can have in this spot is 97 , given there were only straightdraw OTF and all improved to atleast one pair hand.
