I just get back to Pokerstars and I don't have any HH, and ops don't have anything about me either. In 10 hands that we played didn't do anything stupid.
What range would you set for him?
It looks like: QQ;JJ;TT;99,KJ;J8;78;QJ;JT;J9 maybe AJ?
What do you think?

I'm not a fan of this flop check/raise. Against a bigger sizing we want to be more polarized with our checkraise.
There's no need to do so with top pair and open ender.
As played it seems unlikely BTN is bluffing here. And we are blocking bluffs. In theory we might need to call this but I would overfold here and call with sets and straights.
Without reads you at 10NL you can't rule out AQ, KK and AA and hands that are being overplayed like AK
At first this hand looks very attractive x/r flop, however upon further examination I think it is not a good candidate here is why. You are certainly not x/ring for value and you block alot of the J9 JT AJ hands you hands you want him to have here.I think a check call is the right play maybe x/r turn depending on the run out and sizing. If they check back I think you could consider block value betting brick rivers. hope this gives you something to think about and would love to hear any thought you have
Also don’t like the xr , more polar makes more sense to me
Thank you for the answers. That helps a lot!
I also don't like the raise, but want to add that if we decide to raise, I would certainly size up.
