First thought is that I'd 3bet bigger pre but this is not a big deal. So this board isn't really great for out of position but having 3bet the pot is bloated and you'll have a stronger range I think you can cbet a lot of your range here. I'm not really sure whether AK works better as a check or a bet. It's a close spot.
If I had a spade in my hand I'd be much more likely to bet here. Not just because of the additional equity and better barreling spots but also blocking villains calling hands.
Without a spade it's very close but personally I'd lean towards betting as it's a play that's going to be +EV and hard to mess up. Speaking from experience checking has led me to make some mistakes in these spots so I bet to avoid those situations. It's not a great reason for betting but avoiding making bigger mistakes and the tilt that comes with them is good enough for me.
I would 3bet bigger preflop as we are OP maybe to (1,20-1,30).
On the flop i think it's better to c-bet since this flop is not good for both ranges, but as we have the initiative we should just take advantage of it.
