I'd raise turn. You can have some floats that turn a draw and you risk losing a lot of value when the river completes draws.

with the Ts I don't mind the call on the turn, but there is not a lot of raising in my gameplan so this might be up for debate.
on the river I don't see a value raise, loads of his backdoor bluffs got there and you cant really have bluffs
