The question is, should i just call or should i c/r ?? He seems not really strong on this flop. My question is, if i c/r , what do i accomplish with that, and if i call why is it better? I think, when i c/r, i dont get better Hands to fold.

At this point his Range narrows down to AT, maybe JJ-QQ, ithink with stronger hands he would bet bigger! I have enough equity to call! What do you think guys?

You don't XR here to get strong hands to fold, you XR because YOU HAVE A STRONG HAND. If you get in on the flop you are around even w overpairs, crushing draws and ok vs set/2pr. You also charge his draws/ extract value from weaker hands. Vs his sizing I xr every time as it's a great spot to apply lots of pressure.
As played His Value range is WAY bigger then you have indicated. The board is super drawy and he will be betting a wide range of value and bluffs. As played this is an ez river call vs a reasonable bet size.
the hand is well played imo.
what would the purpose of the flop raise be? for value, to get called by worse hands and draws? if so, would you also be raising KcTc? and if not, why not?
