I suppose that if you want to have a c/c range on this flop, this would be the hand to do it with. If I call flop here, I also c/c turn and reevaluate river. I don't see him having that many Kings in his range (KQ, which he prob just checks back on Turn or KJ) and if he has AJ, he would probably not bet the Flop.
Turn is a relative brick, you block the straight and we assume he 4-bets AK, so I don't see what he is repping here. Agree with Whipman that turn is a call. He seems pretty aggro by his 25/22 stats also.
