You wanna 3b less offsuit hands (QJo, KTo, JTo etc. I dont really 3b them myself even at 100bb), and then add more Axs, Kxs, to your 3b bluffing range.
You can widen your coldcalling range a bit aswell, but I wouldn't do it too much, basically just look for multiway pots where you are deep and in position and start to flat some Axs, K9s+ Q9s+ J9s+ 56s+ etc.
Also if you are deep with a fish aim to play him HU as much as possible, so 3b a wide range IP vs him.
It's good that you're looking to improve your skills as avoiding becoming complacent is the key to moving up stakes.
As for getting 200bb+ deep (effectively), in general you should be looking to play a little more cautiously. Ie. hands that you used to feel comfortable CRing for value and getting all-in with at 100bb may no longer feel great about it at 200bb and thus you might have to trim your value CR range (and also your corresponding CR-bluffing range) in that spot against a CBettor with 200+bb. Another option is to CR the same range, but proceed with it differently against a 3bet (ie. you might actually CR/fold some hands that you would CR/jam at 100bb). Because this isn't an appealing option, it likely makes more sense to just adjust the CR-range.
That being said, the same applies for your opponents. He feels far more comfortable getting CRd while holding AA on most boards at 100bb than he will be at 200bb. He knows at 100bb it's likely worth getting all-in with at some point in the hand but at 200bb it could be a costly mistake. So you can often find some great exploitative opportunities to force players into making big folds when deep. Of course, you want to be careful with this concept and pick your spots accordingly.
Another general rule of thumb is that positional advantage increases as stack-sizes increase and thus you can get a little looser IP but should be a little tighter OOP against other big stacks.
Hope this helps. GL.
