NL10 KK vs reg on 3bet pot

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) SB: $11.98
BB: $10.00
UTG: $10.00
MP: $18.27 (Hero)
CO: $10.00
BN: $10.00
SB is a regular player playing 16/11 over a large sample with 5% 3bet and 3/4% vs EP/MP open raise
Cbet flop/turn (in 3b pot) 56/57% & agf 1.51 with a 61% WSD
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is MP with K K
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.30, 2 folds, SB raises to $0.95, BB folds, Hero calls $0.65
I'm not sure if a 3bet here would be better. Although his fold to 3bet is 50% I don't want him to fold AK, JJ+ and shove AA.
Flop ($2.00) 5 8 8
SB bets $1.30, Hero calls $1.30
At this point here I'm assuming his range is JJ+
Turn ($4.60) 5 8 8 4
SB bets $2.90
Here I'm kinda lost, I think he would slow down his Jacks and Queens but at the same time this guy might overvalue his hand because I can have AK, TT, 99, JJ in my range. So how would you play it here? Fold or call and shove OTR?
