In these spots I always get doubts. Against a maniac or a very agressive reg I might shove for value. Althought against a very agressive reg I must take into consideration that Im opening UTG so he would perceive me as strong and probably wouldn't x/r this board as a bluff...
What about against an unknown?

Well I'm not folding here. Call and evaluate on the turn. Use your positional advantage.
Good fold. This hits his range very hard. He can have JT/JJ/TT/88, or T8/J8 because he's probably a fish.
You bet near pot, and he still check-raised more than 3x. You are either crushed, or he has a combo draw with >40% equity.
Against that entire range, and the fact that he can barrel all of his bluffs on scarecards, it's a fold.
If you had the Kc, I'd check behind. KK blocks KQ, and some of his king straight draw outs. And you can call any turn when you check behind, and don't have to fold to a check-raise that gets you in tough spots.
Vs a bad player I still cbet for value. They will call more often than raise...
Im amazed at how often I don't choose the tighter option that Chael and the others choose. Maybe I should learn somehing from this. Or maybe I'm just playing more aggressive villains at higher stakes. Or perhaps I'm the fish. hmmm
I think it's probably more aggro villains at higher stakes.
10 NL is especially fit or fold and pretty lol overall.
lol, Rob5ter, we're in the same Pond. :)
in-game, I'm Just Shipping it in. But if i actually do some Out-side calculations with Stove/HEM, i think folding should be the more optimal Decision on Flop, given the board texture.
Folding is fine, if Villain is halfway knowing what he´s doing. Either he raises because he has it - or he knows that he can punish your range on this board, which means he´ll likely be continuing to do so on the turn.
Jamming is spew, imho. :)
