This situation often happens where I have two overcards and some BD in a 3b Pot. In general is a raise/fold or I can call sometimes?
V was playing fine. I have 110 hands from him. His VPIP/PFR is 26/20 and resteal from the blinds is 18% (4/22).

It's fine to float with hands like this if he doesn't mash pot or anything. We have a fair amount of potential in backdoor draws. Against opponents who 3b too tight I would lean towards floating less in that our over cards when we make pairs could be reverse implied too often.
If we limit ourselves to raising or folding in spots like this, we won't have enough value hands if we want to be raising all these backdoor draws, which means we have an absurd number of bluffs. Also we negate our position.
Certainly fine to call against this sizing. Assuming villain bets range, we have more than enough direct equity and we can pick up additional equity on a bunch of turns.
I would call with my whole continuing range on this texture being IP as I don't see a strong reason for raising any nutted hands.
Fold. You have very little equity and Im pretty sure any solver would recommend a fold here. there are way btter hands to call here such as AK, Tx ...Also on J or K turns you often improve to a 2nd best hand which can be very costly.
this is marginal either way, use your read on villain to decide (3-bet stats, c bet %, etc.)
What would you raise here and why is a question you should ask yourself when you assess that this spot is raise or fold.
The answer will help you visualize the range you would come up with in this handcuffed scenario of raise or fold. Then you'll see that it make little sense.
The sizing also help you to continue with a wider range in which backdoor draws will be part of it.
I'm not sure we want to have a raising range on this board.
What's your C-bet strategy in villain's shoes ?
Do you check a lot ?
