NL10 Decision multy street

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) CO: $16.10
BN: $10.23
SB: $13.34
BB: $10.26
UTG: $10.00 (Hero)
MP: $11.57
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is UTG with J J
Hero raises to $0.30, 4 folds, BB raises to $1.00, Hero calls $0.70
Flop ($2.05) 7 T Q
BB bets $1.20, Hero calls $1.20
Turn ($4.45) 7 T Q 9
BB bets $2.20, Hero calls $2.20
River ($8.85) 7 T Q 9 A
BB bets $5.86 and is all in, Hero folds

He 3bet 0%(0/12) from the BB so maybe the best was to fold preflop?
AP flop i think is a call. Turn the best option is fold i think. Can we raise with the blocker?
What are we doing by considering we never kj?

u can just call preflop to set mine against a tight bb 3b range.
Against what we think is a very tight 3b range we could fold the flop. I think its close on the flop and def would play back against some less tighter players.
There is no need to change ur JJ blockers into a bluff on NL10 cause he would almost never fold better.

as played fold turn.

against population it is probably a fold on the turn, vs better players I like calling turn (we still have outs, might be good against AK) and turning it into a bluff on a heart river.
