NL10: call on the river vs big bet

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) SB: $10.05
BB: $10.15
UTG: $10.00
MP: $10.00
CO: $10.25 (Hero)
BN: $22.42
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with Q Q
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.30, Hero calls $0.30, BN folds, SB calls $0.25, BB folds
Sometimes i 3 bet, sometimes a call preflop. Villain was at this point unknown, so i decided just call to keep his range wide
Flop ($1.00) 6 3 5
SB checks, MP bets $0.30, Hero calls $0.30, SB calls $0.30
I dont know i f i should raise or just call here. If i raise and he 3bets, i have to fold i think, so i just call here
Turn ($1.90) 6 3 5 5
SB checks, MP bets $1.12, Hero calls $1.12, SB folds
River ($4.14) 6 3 5 5 6
MP bets $3.95, Hero
At this point i think he is pretty polarized betwenn nuts and bluffs. But i am not sure, if Villain has here enough bluffs on NL10 to justify a call. The reason why i think he is polarized here, i think he would have bet with Overpairs bigger on earlier streats. So he has here all fullhouse combos and buste flushdraw with A4s,A2s, and 87s for busted sraights. Should i made an exploitive fold here?
