Any other stats on villain such as fold vs cbet? In this situation vs a player VPIP so wide preflop I would definately opt for a much larger sizing preflop, around $1.40. I would also bet bigger on the flop as a player like this is likely to have many combos of weaker Ax in their range which you want to get value from.

Once we face a raise unless you have very clear reads that this is an extremely passive player you need to go with your hand at this point.

Given that you block the Kh I don't think you need to 3B the flop as you are less likely to be up against a flush draw and you dont need much protection from anything else on this flop texture.

What is confusing is his raiseCB otf.
But I would play the same.
Only play attention in the little details of sizing, vs fishes I would make it bigger pre and otf.
No need to gii otf.
