Not an expert here, but grinder's manual likes bluffing on cards that are "scary" for fish. 6s is not that card. Js, completing the flush would be. Even though most FD bet on the turn, I don't think many fish understand that. Perhaps an overbet on the river? Would be interested to hear other people's opinions!

My Plan is simple: Never bluff the fish.
But i agree, that this is a good bluffingspot in general vs most players. But i guess that AK has too much SDV for bluffing (close though). But i guess AT with a spade would make up a good bluff here vs a thinking player. And overbet sounds like a good idea then.

I guess we have no more than pot behind OTR.
ATo is really rare squeeze for most guys playing at these stakes.
I sometimes do have ATs, but this is pretty much the weakest hand in my range (OTR).

You actually don't have enough value hands in this line, so you should be pretty careful with your AK (16combos). Against a reg I don't care, but fish likes to call much wider. Therefore I don't want to be overbluffing, but rather staying near the equilibrium.
So I do bluff the river with AK only holding a spade. Balancing with JJ and KsKx, AsAx and possibly QQ or QJs
