He is probably thinking that I'm cbetting my entire range in this board so that might be the reason for the minraise. He's repping pure bluffs or the unusual TT that plays like this. I don´t know if he can flat the 3b with AA/KK, he might just 4bet those without any dynamics going on and few hands on me.
That said, I have two overs, a backdoor flush and straight. I call!

I think most value hands would definitely bet this turn because it connects the board and strenght's my perceived range. So when he doesn't bet I feel quite good about my hand.

Now it's like, if I feel good about my hand on the turn, why shouldn't I feel good about it now?
I don't really know if I have reasons to bet. I surely don't want him to bet if I check, so that might be a reason. But I have some showdown value (A high) vs pure bluffs.
So he's not repping a value hand, and my perceived range to get to the river here will be something like 99-AA, AK, AQs.
Because I'm not just betting the river for value, should I bet AQs and AK as a bluff to balance my line?

I'd probably just SD your AK and be pretty happy. Maybe bluff lower stuff in your range... youll have a lot of KQo floats, and then bet your AJ/KJ, some QJ. I'd imagine you'd wanna float 2 overs+bds vs a minr on this board. Then start adding in some AQ combos, but I don't think you'd need to bluff all of the AQ combos, and therefore none of AK. I don't have math to back it up, but you can figure it out if you'd like
Also, you lose the same if you bet and he calls with Tx, versus you ch/c the river and he has Tx. However, you fold out all his bluffs if you bet, and also open yourself to (v rarely) getting bluff raised
