Button: 31/28/36/0 (36 hands).
Villain has 3bet 5/14 and 2/3 from button. TT is well ahead of his 3b range, so I 4b for value.
When he 5b shoves, I have trouble deciding between two thought processes:
1) "he's 3b over 36% over a small sample, that's probably high, but maybe 20% is more realistic. So people are 4b wide against him so he is likely defending his 3b range wide and 5b shoving wide
2) "he 3bs wide and shuts down wide to 4b, with a top 2% shoving range. So I should 4b wide and fold to shoves until he adjusts".
I seem to flip-flop between these and don't feel comfortable with either.... Is there a good standard line to take when adjusting to unknowns?
assume I'm pretty standard from most positions (22/19 from mp, for ex)
