NL 50 QQ in sq pot

UTG: $105.95 (212 bb)
MP: $24.75 (50 bb)
CO: $91.59 (183 bb)
BU: $59.60 (119 bb)
SB (Hero): $78.90 (158 bb)
BB: $79.18 (158 bb)

Hello MP is unknown but given his stacksize he is probably weaker player, BU is also relatively unknown 251hands so far 12/8/5,4 not much else to say

Pre-Flop: ($0.75) Hero is SB with Q♦ Q♣
1 fold, MP raises to $1.25, 1 fold, BTN calls $1.25, Hero 3-bets to $6.50, 2 players fold, BTN calls $5.25

Standard sq nothing else to say

Flop: ($14.75) 8♣ 7♠ 4♦ (2 players)
Hero bets $4.62, BTN raises to $13, Hero calls $8.38

I would be checking this flop most of the time but given he can be weaker player i decided to cb and got punished, i can see him overplay something like 99,TT,66,55 maybe 98s but not sure if he is calling this looking on his stats but 251hands could still be just bad run of cards

Turn: ($40.75) 9♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $9.50, Hero calls $9.50

I was prepared to definitely fold on shove but this sizing looks to me like some protbet to get on showdown relatively cheap so i decided to call once more

River: ($59.75) 5♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $30.60 (all-in)

On this river i cant find him a single bluff everything has atleast a pair surely he is not showing TT,JJ,T9s now which are probably the only hands i can beat so its easy fold for me but the real question is should i fold it sometimes sooner when we decided to cb?

That guy is tight, no idea about small betting flop. Would go bigger or check/call, and against raise just go broke, kinda sucks but have to go with my hand.
If he is overplaying anything, jam flop because he will have hard time to fold anything (except bluff), and all his bluffs have too much equity to let them realize it. Turn is gross if he is for real tight player can let it go, and if he is weak player I would jam over his bet.

Can't help but suspect that villain was set-mining pre. Turn sizing looks like a setup to make river shove easy to call. I agree, not enough bluffs here, fold looks good.
