NL 50 QQ against river lead, 140bb deep

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (5 Players) BB: $50.00
UTG: $72.83
CO: $50.83
BN: $69.30 (Hero)
SB: $50.00
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BN with Q Q
UTG raises to $1.36, CO folds, Hero raises to $4.75, 2 folds, UTG calls $3.39
Opp is reg. I should 3bet bigger given stack sizes, or just call preflop.
Flop ($10.25) 9 2 3
UTG checks, Hero bets $6.46, UTG calls $6.46
Once he calls pre, I assume my equity advantage is quite good on this flop texture and I bet.
Turn ($23.17) 9 2 3 6
UTG checks, Hero bets $14.60, UTG calls $14.60
Turn changes nothing, except maybe he peels flop with 66. I was thinking about half-pot bet to guarantee calls from TT and JJ but decided to go big because they would probably call anyway.
River ($52.37) 9 2 3 6 6
UTG bets $47.02 and is all in, Hero calls $43.49 and is all in
River lead is awful for me, but for some reason I thought that he is capable of turning some hand into a bluff to fold my overpair, and I also block QJ-QK-AQ flushdraw, so he represents very few combos.
