Nl 50, obvious boat against reg.

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (5 Players) CO: $55.14
BN: $50.33
SB: $139.73
BB: $61.28
UTG: $98.73 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is UTG with A T
Hero raises to $1.50, CO folds, BN calls $1.50, 2 folds
BN is reg, dont know much about him.
Flop ($3.75) J A T
Hero bets $2.75, BN raises to $8.00, Hero calls $5.25
This raise looks scary enough to make me wanna fold flop, but I dont know if it will be good with this particular hand and potential outs to nuts. But actually I wouldnt bet flop with AK/AQ, so AT on par with JT is my weakest hand in range, not including bluffs.
Still I think its close.
Turn ($19.75) J A T T
Hero checks, BN checks
Lead is good, but against KQ I dont get enough value on 2 streets, maybe I can more money when turn checked through and I bet or x/r river.
River ($19.75) J A T T K
Hero checks, BN bets $10.37, Hero raises to $20.74, BN calls $10.37
On this runout I think betting and x/r is close. Since Im only x/raising small, probably potbet would generate me same amount of value?
Final Pot UTG wins and shows a full house, Tens full of Aces.
UTG wins $58.73
Rake is $2.50

Yeah, I see that folding flop is way better. I cannot rely on implied-odds only. Even if my opponent always pays potbet as in this situation, call is -EV. I need him to raise JT to break even which never happens.
I have a strong enough hand against his range which is bad versus raise in which case x/c is better.
