Nl 50, maniac player potbets against Ax pair

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) CO: $53.91
BN: $55.93
SB: $49.50
BB: $52.51 (Hero)
UTG: $40.00
MP: $50.75
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with A Q
UTG raises to $1.50, MP folds, CO calls $1.50, BN folds, SB calls $1.25, Hero calls $1.00
On small sample SB is maniac player. Saw his incorrectly play in some spots.
Flop ($6.00) T A 2
SB bets $5.73, Hero calls $5.73, UTG folds, CO folds
Looks good for me.
Turn ($17.46) T A 2 7
SB bets $19.00, Hero raises to $45.28 and is all in, SB calls $23.27 and is all in
This overbet is confusing. He will have 23$ left in stack OTR when turn is draw-heavy. My hand is not perfect for this scenario, still I think jam is superior option to either calling or folding.

Question is, will he overplay often enough to make my jam profitable?
