NL 50 fast, 77 on 699 board 3bet pot IP. Question about turn and river.

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $73.52 (Hero)
SB: $79.91
BB: $83.21
UTG: $101.19
MP: $69.59
CO: $64.85
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BN with 7 7
3 folds, Hero raises to $1.00, SB raises to $3.50, BB folds, Hero calls $2.50
Not many hands on this opponent. 36/26, 3bet 15, wts/wsd/wwsf 28/41/48, afq 47/35/18.
My guess is that he is agro player.
Flop ($7.50) 6 9 3
SB bets $4.00, Hero calls $4.00
Turn ($15.50) 6 9 3 9
SB checks, Hero checks
General question about turn and river. OTT my hand needs protection, but it also vulnerable to x/r, has little value if opponent folds AK/AQ/AJ, and can be behind to TT-AA which are scared to bet paired turn. I was thinking about half-pot betsize and ended up just checking, if I dont see clear arguments to bet, I prefer check.
Would you bet OTT?
River ($15.50) 6 9 3 9 4
SB checks, Hero bets $8.00, SB folds
OTR after his double check I assume he holds small pair or A, and question is about size of my bet. From exploitative perspective, I need his worst hands to call, and people dont usually go crazy calling river overbets with Ahigh, so half-pot size is probably OK. But to gain maximum EV, I need to bet big if Im sure that my hand is ahead of his entire range.
So what is preferable river bet size with my range of pairs and bluffs? 5$, 8$ or 15$?
