[NL 25] QQ overpair 3bet Pot vs good reg OOP

BB: $25.00 (Hero)
UTG: $33.01
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BB with Q Q
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.75, 3 folds, Hero raises to $2.50, MP calls $1.75
Villain plays 30/25 on 1.1k hands and he folds only 33% vs 3bets (43 situations). Therefore I 3bet pretty big for value.
Flop ($5.10) 2 3 8
Hero bets $3.13, MP calls $3.13
This flop is good for our range, since we are uncapped. Villain has 3 combos of 88 and some slowplayed AA-KK. I decided to go for 3 streets to get value from 99-JJ.
Turn ($11.36) 2 3 8 4
Hero bets $5.42, MP calls $5.42
River ($22.20) 2 3 8 4 4
Hero bets $13.95 and is all in, MP calls $13.95
Final Pot MP wins and shows a straight, Ace to Five.
BB lost and shows two pair, Queens and Fours.
MP wins $48.10
Rake is $2.00

What do you think about my bettingplan postflop and do you think I could or should x/f river since JJ-99 will check back and villain does not have many bluffs?
