I have no info on villain.
His call from UTG made me think his range was quite strong and calling committed me to the pot.
So I folded...

I think I would check this flop back.
This is our weakest overpair and villain has all the sets, which we don't.
Don't love it but I think it's a call especially given your small flop sizing.
I don't think UTG has 66 and 88 in his range given there was an MP caller behind him.
The real mistake is that bet size, okey actually if you played the whole game aggro, what seems to be like, your opponents will have a bigger card's range to play with and they will treat you exactly how you don't want to.
When your opponents see you like a Limper or a really aggro guy, bet size about 35-40% will bring to you to a big trouble.
It's just my stupid idea and I want to talk about that, I don't really know what is your playstyle and how really good you are, I just analyze that in a position of your opponent, I'd propably do it the same way.
btw sorry for my english if there is something wrong.
Why 3bet? Its a bluff Or a VAlue bet?
the 3bet is for 2 reason 1-value 2-isolation (dont want to play a multiway pot with jacks)
playing IP in a MWP is not so bad. it´s easier to put villan in a hand
on the other hand, if you 3 bet, you will not know if you are ahead or behind.
I think villain has only TT and QQ in her value range. Maybe also 88. Bigger pocket pairs would 4-bet pre, and I don't think she would call with 66. She should have a number of suited broadways in her range that she could be bluffing with, but note that you block AJs, KJs, and QJs. That leaves KQs, and AQs, since she probably 4-bets AKs pre.
Looking at you, your value range consists of AA, KK, QQ, JJ as well as a number of 2-pair hands and a made straight (presuming you have suited 1-gabbers in your preflop 3-betting range). Also A6s (pair + FD), JQs (FD + gutter), J9s (FD + OESD). Of all of these, JJ is close to if not the worst.
You being at the very bottom of your value range, combined with the fact that villains bluffing range is extremely narrow, means this is clear fold.
