NL 25 - Is there a way to win the hand?

Preflop ($0.35) Hero is UTG with J K
Hero raises to $0.75, CO raises to $2.50, BN calls $2.50, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.75
3Bettor is a fish, playing 53/19 and 3bet 2/23 times, obv over a very small sample (60 hands)
BTN is a passive fish, 41/14 over 200 hands

Is this a std call preflop? I can see myself revering quite a lot OTF but I might be biased

I don't see him folding OTF if I shove, at the same time, he's going to shove a lot of turns, is this just a fold?

Shove flop, I think you need to play aggressive with this hand because you want to realize your equity and get the fold equity you have.
