3Bettor is a fish, playing 53/19 and 3bet 2/23 times, obv over a very small sample (60 hands)
BTN is a passive fish, 41/14 over 200 hands
Is this a std call preflop? I can see myself revering quite a lot OTF but I might be biased

I don't see him folding OTF if I shove, at the same time, he's going to shove a lot of turns, is this just a fold?

Shove flop, I think you need to play aggressive with this hand because you want to realize your equity and get the fold equity you have.
Do we really have FE here?
I'd be careful about just assuming that we have 0 FE.
Are you shoving all FD or only the FD with good blockers?
I'm just shoving virtually everything I continue with. There's not much room to do stuff with this SPR OOP.
