NL 25 - Find a Fold vs What Seems to be Obvious?

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (5 Players) UTG: $20.36
CO: $12.51
BN: $29.25 (Hero)
SB: $24.75
BB: $10.52
I'm reviewing my DB in order to find obvious spots, where I'm leaking money, this could be one of them. In the hand similar to this, I'm folding on the turn at an absurd frequency and I don't know whether I'm a fucking nit or fold could be an option

BB is a fishy player playing 43/43, 7 hands so far
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is BN with T T
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.50, SB folds, BB calls $0.25
Flop ($1.10) 3 6 5
BB bets $1.07, Hero raises to $4.90, BB calls $3.83
I want to raise here in order to deny cheap cards and let him play fit or fold
Turn ($10.90) 3 6 5 J
BB bets $5.02
BB shoves, IDK why it doesn't show up.
Anyway, we are getting 3:1, but he seems to have always the straight, but I could be wrong. Are you put your hand on your eyes and call, or do you find a fold?
