VILL 26/18/FT3B 37
PRE:

FLOP:
Nice flop for us, he's range should be weaker than normal, because he might flat more hands to play with big FISH on BTN.
TURN;
Not sure if this turn was good for our range. He might have KTs and I would rather flat it PRE. QJs, and J9s from time to time hit 2 pairs.
Decided that i dont need much protection and just gone for a X.
RIVER:
He checked TURN behind, 5 is a brick. My thought was he should be bombing this turn if he has sth like 2 pair+ so i gone for a VBET.
He might be calling AT, maybe some weaker suited Aces (fish case). Maybe some KQ.

flop
Both your and his range hit this flop quite well normally (if he want BTN in there also villain not only flats with some worse holdings but also some better (normal 4 bet holdings)).
turn
Think turn is also good for your 3bet range but also for villains defending range. So range wise it is quite even I guess. But as your OOP would check turn here as you did and pot control quite a bit.
river
It is a very thin value bet as you are targeting weak one pair hands, so would bet smaller or check here and induce a bluff.
Betting 2/3 pot is to big for the hand you have and will prob most of the time only get looked up by better hands then yours or the same hands.
Cant find many of those normal 4b holdings, cause QQ he would flat anyways, and i dont think people are very happy to play multiways (even with fish), with AA or KK (and we block those).
I agree about river sizing.
Naturally it is very hard for you to have something weak on the river.
On the other hand is MP, he can call sqz wider having weak player behind an being IP to you. But on this flop I expect to see a lot of folds. So his range on the turn ~ tight.
Arriving to the river I think this hand is slightly weak for that sizing, you block AK,AT, wheel Aces unlikely... So he just shoving his value(2 pair +) and folding almost everything you beat.
What about x/c river up to potsize then?
He will have some missed clubs or JT turned into a bluff(?). But either way not exciting spot
