Very well played I would say.
When you raise the flop big and blast the turn for a pot sized bet, you make your (and his) range really strong. And he still wants to get his money in. So I would fold.
In general, I would fold anything worse than two pair here. You should have lots of KQ, sets and some straights here which can call.
