NL 25 - AQ Facing a Squeeze, 4 Handed - Got Unlucky?
BN: $59.43
SB: $32.49
BB: $27.59
BB wins and shows three of a kind, Kings.
BB wins $49.10
Rake is $1.50
I feeling really unlucky overall, probably because I can't win an AI these days, however I'm more than convinced that I'm misplaying hands and I'm planning to post all the 'unlucky hands'.
So I made a custom PT4 report in order to help me figure out whether I was unlucky or not. The report isn't a huge deal, the only special thing it has is a custom icon, obv if you want I can share it with you.
BTN is a reg, and he doesn't have strong hands in this spot, he's 3betting the premium/good hands vs my CO open in general, so I don't expect him to have any traps. BB is a LAG reg, over 15k hands he's playing 24/21 3betting 9% and squeezing 6%, but this session he's playing 19/16 3bet 2% over 167 hands.
Also the BB is cbetting in 3bet pots 70% on the flop, 60% on the turn and 50% on the river.
My fear is to get outplayed postflop way too often, so I decided to 4bet/call since I also think he could shove worse hands due to my minsizing.
I overthinking too much probably, and probably I should never get in in this spot with this hand... because everytime I'm crushed.
I think it is ok to call the AI against a looser Villain, but this isn't the case.
Or maybe I'm result oriented and given the data provided (also that we are 4handed so AQ is stronger) my play was good?
