I think the open is fine, even if a 33/31/36 aggro plays in the blinds. An unknown player called in SB and I think since I block some Ax combos I could represent a stronger hand than I am holding. I think I will never just call here. I decide to 4bet or fold here in most of the situations, especially because I don't want to play a big multiway pot.
I think 4betting is not necessary a lot on NL10 but given the stats and number of hands I had on this player I think 4betting is a good way to exploit his squeeze tendencies.
