NL 10 - 3bet on dry board blind vs blind IP - too aggressive?

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $3.75
SB: $12.92
BB: $10.00 (Hero)
UTG: $11.02
MP: $10.25
CO: $7.09
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with K A
4 folds, SB raises to $0.30, Hero raises to $0.90, SB calls $0.60
nothing important to add. standard preflop play.
Flop ($1.80) A 2 9
SB checks, Hero bets $0.57, SB raises to $1.33, Hero raises to $3.61, SB raises to $12.02 and is all in, Hero calls $5.49 and is all in
When I got raised I should I was autopiloting too hard. After calling villain off I instantly marked the hand because I felt that I make these mistakes still too often.

If I think about the proper line I think I am not too worried about flushdraws here since I hold the ace that blocks the spade. I guess I am beat here most of the time because sets and 2 pairs are possible. Then again the board is quite dry but villains line is never a bad hand/draw here I think.

What do you think? Flop bet was fine I think but then I should just call against the raise, right?

Thanks for your opinons!
