Should I have bombed the turn?
What action on the river?

I like your line. The river is an easy call. Villain can have so many worse hands.
A player like that will really over bluff on the river after you just call the turn and an overcard comes from my experience so I agree on the call. Not having a heart sucks but against that player type I believe you just got to, he might even bet a worst hand for "value"
That was my reasoning. I posted this because I just began moving up to 50NL by adding tables to my usual 30NL sessions. Went on a 6 buy-in downswing quite quickly suffering from losing numerous hands such as this when he turns over hearts. Just wanted to make sure I'm not out of line with my call here.
Seems like a fine call. Only real change I'd make is that this player type is pretty inelastic on the flop and he's going to call a bet of nearly any size with hearts, any overpair, AJo, etc so I'd go larger against his donk raising to pot or a little bigger.
