Start by reading up, and studying the game, while weaving in play in the lowest stakes you can.
If you have a spot with a hand you find interesting or tough you can post the hand in this, or any other poker forum, and I am sure people will help you out.
The most important thing is to get in a lot of hands, while still studying a lot. People often underestimate the studying part when you want to learn. I know I did, and I paid for it. :-)
But what should i look to study for?
It depends on what you want to play. But studying No Limit HoldEm is probaly best if you're new, since it is the most played game, and it will get you introduced to poker very nicely.
If you have a membership for the site, i suggest watching their videoes. I have recently been watching Cameron Couch's videos, and they have been a very big help for me. Even if you're new, you are going to learn a lot of stuff from those videos. Additionally I would suggest reading a book, eventhough I have never done so myself. Lots of player recommend reading "Harrington on Holdem" as a first book, as it covers basically everything you need to know to get you started.
