New player, looking for some advice on my current stats
So I've been playing for about 3 months now and have just above 10k hands under my belt. I know this isn't much but I wanted to get some feedback on my stats to see if I can have any of my huge leaks pointed out (such as playing too loose, overvaluing hands, etc.).

I started out playing really loose so my VPIP/PFR is a little higher than I'm playing now. I'm sticking between 20-24 VPIP and 15-17 PFR generally. I've watched a lot of the "Learning Path" videos but I find that a lot of the information in the videos go over my head. I spend a lot of time studying the game but I'm having a hard time applying the advanced concepts I learn at the micros.
Here's a snippet of some of the hands I lost during my last session:

The 88 hand I played, I kept getting 3-bet by this villain IP on me so I play back and 4-bet, he flats and flops a straight with 54s. I feel like I'm just losing money until I hit a set or a big hand, and win but not enough to cover the losses.
If there is anything else that I can provide to outline how I'm playing, please let me know. Finally, here's my hole card breakdown:
Thanks in advance, any advice would be appreciated. Struggling to get out of the micros at the moment!

have a good understanding of 3 betting, that will help a lot if you don't have that down. what do you do to study? also, the more hands you play you'll improve. 10k hands in 3 months isn't very many.
Generally I'm 3-betting for value, with my 3-bet range like JJ+, AKs, AKo, etc. Outside of that I don't really try to 3-bet bluff since I know it's not very effective at the microstakes. However I do play on ACR, which is extremely reg-heavy so I may need to incorporate those things into my play.
As for studying, I'm reading strategy articles and watching the live commentary videos on this site. I find the theory videos to be way in over my head and concepts like "balancing ranges" and "frequencies," I feel, aren't applicable at my level of play. I feel like I'm getting too ahead of myself for my level.
3bet bluffing can be great at microstakes, some ppl are just scared to call and have like 75%+ fold to 3bet after RFI. learn about polarized ranges and linear ranges for 3-betting. before i knew about those concepts, i felt lost when ppl would 3-bet me and i'd make tons of mistakes. it helped me understand how other people will be playing.
heres a vid on linear vs polarized:
