Hello guys, do you always expect to be beat here and does the fact that your opponent is a recreational player sways your decision one way or the other ?
Also, if you are capable of making folds in spots like this one, PLEASE TEACH ME HOW! :)

Do we know what kind of recreational?; passive or aggressive?
Could be a good chance he has KQ here..
Ddog's question is fair, do we know what kind of rec he is, but in all honestly, you can never fold this vs a rec and I would even be inclined to shove roughly 90% of the time, not only do you get value from KQ but also 89, Jx and maybe any Ax
Given that its a huge overbet, I understand the call and would be calling a bit more frequently than raising.
I would tend to think that everything that beat you River in V's range, 3-bet OOP in this spot Preflop. But since he is a rec player he could convince himself that calling in the worst possible position in Poker with KQ, AJ or TT, JJ even AA is a good idea. If the draw wouldn't complete River i would snap call since this is a move you'll see often from rec players with busted draws but here i think i never fold vs. that particular type of player.
In my experience at these stakes overbets tend to be honest when draws hit and dishonest when draws miss. In this case the KQ draw hit so I would just guess that villain is value owning themselves. Especially when they are rec. I'd highly consider shoving here.
Furthermore I would bet flop bigger, especially versus recreational players . 1.1$ or something like that.
