Villain is a reg, so I'd expect his range to be... 55,AQo,AQs,76s,65s,KdJd,KdTd,Kd9d,KdQh,KdQc,KdQs,JdTd,Jd9d,Td9d,9d8d,8d7d when he calls OTT. For river bluff to be profitable, I need him to fold ~47% of those hands.
And even if he is folding all AA-KQ, he will still have 19 combos to call me down 55,76s,65s,KdJd,KdTd,Kd9d,JdTd,Jd9d,Td9d,9d8d,8d7d.
Looks like a bad bluff. Main reason - tight preflop range I believe...

I would 3b pre unless hes very nitty. Wouldn't care about nutblocker when the board is paired. You're basically reppin 55 or 66 and regs at micros don't like to fold so hes probably not folding most Q's and definately no overpairs.
Villains range contains too many flushes and fulls and I dont see ppl bet folding T high flushes too often.
U can call preflop sometimes with some reads, but most of the cases better to 3b especially versus a range what U give him. There's a great value in 3b and also need some protection. ( forexample, like suited connectors easily outflop Your hand sometimes)
I think He checks some of his TPs, and overpairs on the turn, so U raise versus a more polarized stronger range. He can also have 1 combo 66 too.
