im usually folding this pre vs most players (esp unknown) as played im def.  raising flop for protection mostly, but calling is fine from time to time as well...as played I would never fold on later streets...he can ez ship AK/KJ for value or 3barrel hs AhX

Any info on the player? The pre-flop call is marginal. 66 plays poorly when you miss your set, and Villian isn't even full stacked. If he had more than 7, I'd call (says someone folds to too many 3-bets.

I'd just call on the flop. It's a board where your initial though is ''huge hand, but I gotta protect'', but players on the forums keep saying these are not board you should be raising too often.
Like the call better. Remember that it's 5NL though. People don't really think things through here.

Turn call seems good.
Not folding the river. He can value bet worse, have a pair and spew it off because he doesn't know what to do with it, and have some bluffs.
66 is almos the top of your range, and folding in this spot is exploitable.

Are you rolled to play higher than 5NL? 10NL is a bit tougher, and it will make improving much easier than playing against novices.

you have a pot size Jam on turn, i would just stick it in.

Think about river: any 7, and hearts are clearly bad for your hand range.

Are you calling a jam when heart hits?, I'd just jam it in on turn to protect my share of equity.

Agreed with Mr. Love. We've already slow played the flop and the board is getting pretty coordinated/scary for our hand. Villain can also still have plenty of worse hands that bet call turn.

Preflop play looked really good to me. The only real adjustment I would make here is to 3.5X raise the flop bet against the BB .50 bet making the total raise to 3.75 or right around there. There are several draws out here and at this level of play he is going to either shove or call any king, open ender, or 2 hearts which you could gladly call. I think the call may be ok if you want to peel a card before making action but can be dangerous if you give him a chance to catch up like the heart that hit the turn. Odds of a player at this level of cash to come in with any 2 suited cards is much higher.
