Villain is one of the more winning regs that plays these games. Plays 1/2 mostly I believe. Stealing ~39%, cbet s 60% overall, c/f as pfr OOP 44%. Once they check I usually bet here but perhaps thats already an error as maybe I want to polarize more and have hands that can actually very comfortably call 2 bets in my flop check range. Once he raises I feel compelled to call at least once but again not sure. OTT how far do we go with this hand? I think I d call down with Qx almost always but what would be your call down range?

I don't think you need to be calling turn with 7x hands. I think calling the turn with most of your Qx and then all of your 89 / pair+flush draw/ gutter + flush draw is the way to go here. It's somewhat nice that you block combos of 77 but given that it's BVB and he's one of the better players at these stakes it's certainly possible that his value range is wider than two pair + meaning that A7 because a lot less valuable as a bluff catcher.

Is there no value to 3betting a hand like this preflop? It's the absolute bottom of my calling range, and to be honest (and possibly nitty), I'd rather be folding than calling. As played, why not just call the flop?

If that`s the bottom of your calling range blind vs blind then you`re playing way way too tight in that spot and your opponents should just open any two cards vs you and print money.
