Monotone flops with strong hands vs super strong raising range
I have 2 similar hands vs regs (both std reg, not very sharp tho)
Are these 2 just coolers?, I sensed I could have gotten away from these 2 at the very moment I was about to commit myself. But It is my rule that sessions are not to implement new stuff on the go, just to test what is already learnt, so I kept on with the original play and decided to analyze them later.
What stats should I consider at this point? If I take a different line like call and analyze on turn, what to do on blanks or scary?

starting off with the 2nd hand here:
Therefore we´re UTG i assigned a pretty tight range, including some high OP´s that might eventually gii here and is willing to stack any NFD:
Board: 7s3s2s
Equity Win Tie
UTG 56.64% 55.83% 0.81% { 22 }
CO 43.36% 42.54% 0.81% { QQ+, 77, 33, AsKs, AsQs, KsQs, AsJs, KsJs, QsJs, AsTs, As5s, As4s, As3s, As2s, AsKd, AsKh, AsKc, AsQd, AsQh, AsQc, AsJd, AsJh, AsJc }
So IMO we cant fold here ever
The 1st is a lot more interesting. Here it gets a lot closer due to the fact that ranges change kind of drastically in these positions. Not too sure about the ranges, but in fact Top2 perform a lott more poorly in this spot!
Board: 7s3s9s
Equity Win Tie
CO 34.39% 33.84% 0.55% { 9d7d }
BU 65.61% 65.06% 0.55% { TT-99, 77, 33, KsQs, AsJs, KsJs, QsJs, AsTs, KsTs, QsTs, JsTs, As9s, As8s, As7s, As6s, 8s6s, As5s, 6s5s, As4s, As3s, As2s, AsTd, AsTh, AsTc, As9d, As9h, As9c, As8d, As8h, As8c }
Thanks a lot mr. on the 2nd one, what has to be a good stat on flop raise % in order to know if he stacks off NFD?
pohh...i guess this situation comes up far too rarely to say that in general i guess...Monotone boards are a whole special chapter in poker and there are too many factors to take into account (Not sure if ppl who raise flops light in general would also raise these boards light)
Maybe taking a closer look at AFQ or AF to get a feeling of villains overall tendencies and decide then....
Im not sure what to make of my own calcs tbh, i would feel pretty lost with the 97 hand as well and im not sure if a simple fold vs any non maniac would be a good idea in general
You just got to figure out what range he is raising with on monotone flops.. Once you know the range it's easy to know if you should fold or shove.. if you don't know how specifically this villain raises then you can use GTO instead.
You have to work on your bet sizing,.
Your over bet shoves are only getting called by better and folding out worse. You need to give opponents a chance to make mistakes and build pots appropriately.

in both hands I am OOP, what sizing is better than shoving here? Please elaborate I would be pleased to learn how to play better in this spots. Thanks in advanced
