could cbet against a weaker player, but having AA with an As I think its one of the best candidate for checking. Based on his stats he might be also more aggro so giving him an opportunity to bluff should be fine.

betting here for value, could go even larger to get max value from Jx and draws. Against a min raise which are super strong esp OTT he could have QT,JJ, or something slowplayed. But still can be valuebetting a J so calling with intention to call the river bet up to 2/3 or so.

However, he made a pot size bet which means that unless he slowplayed QQ-KK pre, he is barely value betting worse. Maybe J9s, but it is too thin and only 2combos. Blocking his possible bluffs and unblocking his value range makes our hand pretty bad bluffcathcer.
If we fold this one, do we want to call AA without a spade or KK? QQ is probably a good bluffcatcher since it blocks his QT combos.
