Not sure if the board is very bad or not, villain is an agro guy, the spr are tiny, i hate 4bet pots. Advices?

This board smashes Villains defending range decently. Basically huge nutsadvantage on Villains side as we might 4bet KQ sometimes maybe, but about never 99-JJ or JTs/9Ts while Villain has all this stuff in his range.
I ran a quick sim to make it sure, but XF seems to be the play here in a vacuum and i dont think the fact that Villain is aggro makes too much of a difference on this board.

P.S: 4bet pre is too big imo. would ratzher choose like 4-4.5$

I'm not sure we would want to turn this hand into a 4bet bluff. Isn't this a nice hand to call in these positions and see a flop?
Would turn ATo into 4bet bluff over this.

Check jam exists on this board in 4bet pots for sure. Doubt this hand is included. KT for example has same blocker properties but has better outs when called.

I recently watched free YT video by BluffTheSpot and in this exact scenario, he says he really likes to 4bet bluff here over calling since if we do call, we are often dominated by stronger Axs- AK,AQ,AJ.. even if in theory its a mix strategy, I like to pure 4bet bluff this combo.

I think ATo is a pure fold to a 3bet.

Ran it through Simple preflop. Seems like ATs is preferring 4bet over call. It's not folding.
ATo is pure fold.
This is a bet or fold solution though.

My mindset is stuck in the old way of thinking. Used to be that you raise your combo's that you tend to fold. The knowledge now chooses the weakest calling hands and uses those.

Zero problem with the combo chosen. We have 40+ "value" combos here that we 4b, we need to balance it out so stuff like ATs, AQo, A5/A4s are all reasonable candidates.

I would, however, size it down quite a bit. We are not deep here so I would choose something more like 18-19 bb's vs 23bb's.
