Massive leak on Flop CBets
Hi guys,
I'm here to ask for some help.
When I started playing poker, I was a completely NIT guy, who cbets only if I have hitted a piece (luckily top pair) of the flop.
As going on, I found that this strategy doesn't work in tougher games, so I widened my opening ranges and started cbetting the flop even if I hitted second pair, a gutshot, a FD/SD.
Now, PT4 says that I have a leak on Flop Cbets (I should cbet more). My currently Flop Cbet is 45.
I read Applications of No Limit Holdem, but I think cbetting a size of 75% of the pot seems now an out of date concept, in contrast with the new theory of cbetting small but often. Also, Applications says that you need to check back some of your top pairs on the flop to remain balanced (you can't always cbet the flop when you hit and check when you miss) so I don't really know how to cbet properly on the flop.
Would you guys please help me, linking some strategy threads or giving me some tips?
Thank you in advance.
