Making sense of weird pre-flop ranges of weaker player on wsop.com and should I adjust?

20nl...no hh, just some observations of a couple of orbits, I can't use a hud. I didn't see any 3-bets from this player, too short a sample anyhow.
Is it possible to assign any type of accurate ranges to a player who plays in this erratic manor? Should I weight his opening range to a mixed strategy? Any specific adjustments I should make? The weird thing is he seemed to be opening quite a bit too....

These type of players always confuse me. I mean, J4o is a limp call, but Q5o is a raise....

-Opens 3.5x co with Q5o
-Limp calls button with J4o
-open raise button with ATo
-cc 92o bb vs 2.25-2.5x
-ol 47o (I forgot position)
-ol 65o co
-the weird thing is that he seems to be open raising a lot too
-over a couple orbits he seems to be vpip'ing every hand.

-thanks.
